These terms cover use of this retirement planning website and appointment-request experience.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or requesting an appointment through this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the website. These terms do not replace any separate client agreement or required regulatory disclosure.
2. Educational purpose only
This is a marketing page, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. General information does not consider your complete personal circumstances. A website visit or appointment request does not establish an advisory relationship. Consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions.
3. No guarantee of results
No income, investment return, performance, preservation of principal, or retirement outcome is promised. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investments may lose value, and product suitability depends on individual circumstances.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. This consultation is aimed at people approaching retirement with at least $250,000 in investable assets; the stated qualification criteria exclude people over age 75. 5. Accuracy and contact permission
Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. You authorize a response to your inquiry and scheduling-related communications at the details supplied. Marketing consent, when requested separately, is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Do not submit confidential account credentials or sensitive identification numbers.
6. Bookings, cancellations, and recording
Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the scheduler. The supplied scheduling availability is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Eastern Time, with at least four hours’ notice. Use your confirmation email or contact us to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us if you cannot attend. No cancellation or no-show fee is asserted here. Calls may only be recorded with appropriate notice and consent where required. MISSING — client to supply: exact call duration, cancellation/no-show policy, and recording practice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or fraudulent material, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal information, or introduce malicious code. We may restrict access to protect visitors and systems.
8. Third-party services
Embedded forms, scheduling, video meetings, advertising, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages or content outside our control. The scheduler manages appointments and the form provider manages qualification answers.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, waives securities-law rights, or limits duties imposed by applicable law. Annuities are issued by insurance carriers, are not FDIC-insured, may lose value, and guarantees depend on the issuing insurer’s claims-paying ability.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable claims and costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of this website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
